Recovery of duplicate payment for HD OPERA PERFORMANCE

i was billed IN DUPLICATE FOR HD OPERA VIA

8/02 CARD PURCHASE ON VISA CARD AND WOULD,

IN PRINCIPLE, DESERVE A REFUND FOR SENIOR

TICKETING.

I BELIEVE THE CORRECT CHARGE WAS 15.00 AND THE SECOND CHARGE FOR SAME PERFORMANCE WAS 22.51 FOR WHICH

I'D LIKE A REBATE. THANK YOU.

Cannot access AMC+ with Amazon Fire Stick

When I click on the AMC+ app with my Amazon Fire Stick, it says, 'Check your internet connection.' I can easily select other apps.

Can't watch walking dead

The only reason I subscribed was for the original 11 seasons of The Walking Dead, which are not available to watch. I am pissed off because I signed up for the year.

Every time I put money on my card to start my subscription back up to watch for a month AMC+ takes ALL THE MONEY ON MY CARD..

Can't change seasons / episodes

I cannot go back to a previously watched season / episode of a series. Even when I search the name of the series it takes me back to the last spot that I watched it.

I want to see it from the beginning of the first episode first episode in the series! They need to fix this!

Can't reset password and there is no number to call when the process set up by AMC does not function

I have tried to reset my password many times and the AMC interface does not send out the password reset email. They have no customer service phone number and rely on a web form for communication. They want the $$$ for the service but the customer has to wait to get service.

AMC+ is removing shows from the ad version accounts

Today I went in to watch Discovery of Witches as I normally do. I have AMC+ add-on to my Amazon Prime.

I subscribe to the option with ads...so today I log in to watch and even though I have amc+ I can no longer watch the show unless I update my account to be ad-free or buy. WTF!!! SERIOUSLY...I am so angry right now. Not only is there no way to contact someone unless you just email but are they seriously making current subscribers change our subscription to be able to watch stuff?

There seems to be no choice right now, either change the subscription yo ad-free and pay more or pay and have no programming for your money. Absolute GARBAGE!!

I have been trying to renew my AMC subscription for months and cannot The site keeps telling me there is an error I am ready to give up The inability to talk to a live agent is infuriating The people at the theater are worthless in helping

My MC is charging my account. When I canceled it a long time ago, they told me they would only refund one payment and they charged me for two.

I canceled my subscription two months ago and there's still taking money out of my account.

I do not understand why they are still doing this.This is bad business Please contact me as soon as possible. I would like a refund back on my last two months...
