Charged when cancelled
I cancelled more than 2 years ago. Iam just realizing now, I have been charged for the past 2 years when I cancelled it over 2 years ago.
Why is there no phone number.
Iam about to dispute this with my bank. These big companies are stealing, this is not right.

About a month ago I put my card information in and got the free trial. I thought I had pressed the monthly button, but I press annual.
I wasn't aware what annual means because I'm young and still going through school. In my defense I think its quite ridiculous that it doesn't say year subscription it probably sounds silly, but I lost $83.88 because of it. All I wanted was a free trial not even a monthly, and I wasn't expecting for all my money to come out of my account. I can't even cancel my subscription it won't let me.
I don't want this happening to me again in the future because 83.88 is ridiculous, who spends that much on AMC, when it's free on cable TV.
If I can't get a refund then the least you can do is cancel my subscription. But It's quite silly that you put most popular and 20% off beside it to make it look cheaper.

AMC+ is selling all their shows to Netflix. On demand isn't On demand anymore and now instead of the industry few episodes number of 8 they're starting to do 6 episodes.
They get fewer and fewer every yr with no new tv ideas just spin offs and versions of the same genre. Witches zombies. Monster TV is cloned and revamped and added to and twisted so it's easy to write them. It's bs.
OK I've watched every decent new and old TV show there is and these apps are supposed to be on demand. That means I should be able to watch an AMC TV show any time and watch all seasons

This is a trash service that doesn't offer help by phone. I decided to reactivate to watch a show.
I clicked once and the screen went black. This is the same thing I reported over six months ago and I never heard back.
This company is terrible if you can't talk on the phone and describe the issue. And this is on my supported TV.

I need you to resend the email that contained your contact phone number. I find it odd that the original email has disappeared. Additionally, your app doesn't function correctly on my Vizio TV, even though it is supposed to be supported.

I have not used this service for over three years. Whenever I try to find a way to contact them, reset my password, or do anything else, I have no success.
It is ridiculous that they make it so hard to cancel. In the meantime, they have no trouble at all withdrawing my money each month.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. gave me a free pass ticket
1:05 PM on 10/8, seat E7.
When asked if I want 3o day of Paramount+ free I went there and never got back.
Seat was checked and $11.18 was deducted from my card 616635****376320
Went on again and paid another $9.19 for seat E9 also deducted from my AMC card.
When it asked for help of $5.00 for support to get back after support, I was charged $55.00
800-240-**** is the number on my bank card that was charged this amount.
I havent called them yet.
